Peking to Paris D-Day -1

Got over jet lag and finished giving final touches to the car including putting on all the Roadhouse Grill sponsor stickers. Local printers have done a great job and the car looks great. Went to look for oil for the car and ended in a market where you can find sufficient parts to build a vehicle yourself. Pity nobody (and I mean nobody speaks a word of English or anything else. Amazing!

Did not get a chance to check out the city. Will need to come back one day.

Our starting time tomorrow is set at 8:12 at the Great Wall of China so we’ll have to get up early as it’s over 60Km from here.

Hope you got the right oil for your engine.

Hope you brought an English-Chinese dictionary because you have a long way to go!

PS: Spero solo che con la benzina non abbiate fatto lo stesso che con l’olio!
